I’m Sarah, a 37 year old teacher and mum. When I started writing this blog in 2009 I was single and working as a mortgage administrator for one of the main high street banks. A lot has happened since then! I’m now a modern languages teacher and I’m married with two beautiful boys. The old posts on this blog are mostly going to stay here as a record of those years. Since 2013 I have been blogging about family life at Toby Goes Bananas.

In January 2016 I decided to resurrect this blog as a place for me to write when I want to talk about something that doesn’t quite fit in over on Toby Goes Bananas…but mostly as a place for me to swear safe in the knowledge that my mum or mother-in-law aren’t going to read it!
